Digital Experience – Adobe Experience Cloud offers a robust and interconnected architecture as well as a range of apps and services that allow brands and companies of all sizes to build, handle, implement, measure, monetize, and maximize consumer interactions spanning analytics to commerce.

Marketers, advertisers, sponsors, newspapers, merchandisers, merchants, site researchers, computer scientists, engineers, marketers, knowledge management and infrastructure executives, product creation executives, and distribution and service executives are among our clients.

The Adobe Experience Framework, which underpins Adobe Experience Cloud, is a transparent and extensible platform for customer experience management that turns customer data into real-time robust customer accounts and uses artificial intelligence (“AI”)-driven insights to allow the delivery of customized digital interactions in milliseconds.

We help our consumers more reliably and easily make, maintain, measure, and monetize their content through platforms and devices with an end-to-end workflow and feedback loop by integrating the imagination of our Digital Marketing industry with the science of our Digital Experience offerings.

Our divisions are structured around our two strategic growth opportunities, which are further outlined below, with our Publishing and Advertising sector grouped along with some of our legacy products and solutions in a third section.

We shifted our Adobe Advertising Cloud offerings from our Digital Engagement division to our Publishing and Advertising segment in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2020 in order to better match our Digital Experience sector with our strategic growth goals.
